We develop next-generation drug-device combination solutions for central nervous system disorders through proprietary drug formulations, state of the art delivery systems and digital health technologies, connecting them all into a comprehensive solution for the benefit of patients and healthcare.
NeuroDerm is an Israel-based, wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation which, in turn, has global presence in Japan, United States, and Europe.

Kengo Isshiki
MSc – CEOMr. Isshiki was appointed NeuroDerm’s CEO in December 2022, after serving as NeuroDerm’s Chief Administrative Officer since 2020.
Uri David
MSc, MBA – CTOMr. David joined NeuroDerm in October 2019, bringing with him 36 years of experience in device R&D and production scale-up.
Tami Yardeni
MA – EVP Clinical DevelopmentMs. Yardeni joined NeuroDerm in 2016 and served as COO until the MTPC acquisition; she was then nominated EVP Clinical Development. She has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Adrian Gilbert
PhD – VP Pharmaceutical DevelopmentMr. Gilbert joined NeuroDerm in 2018 to lead the Pharmaceutical Development function, bringing more than 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

MSc – VP Human ResourcesMs. Nahmany joined NeuroDerm in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, strategy, change management, global development and building leadership teams.

BSc - VP QualityMs. Baer joined NeuroDerm in 2021 as VP Quality, bringing with her more than 30 years’ experience in senior Quality positions in the pharmaceutical industry.

MBA – VP FinanceMs. Shmueli-Dayan joined Neuroderm in 2020 as VP Finance. She has more than 20 years of experience in establishing and leading global finance organizations and leading strategic and transformational initiatives.

MBA – VP OperationsMr. Ekbali joined NeuroDerm in 2020 with over 19 years of experience in various operational management positions in the pharmaceutical industry.
