NeuroDerm Ltd. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Rehovot, September 15, 2014 / — NeuroDerm Ltd., a clinical stage pharmaceutical company developing drugs for central nervous system (CNS) diseases, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. NeuroDerm has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “NDRM.”
Jefferies LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Roth Capital Partners, LLC are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
